- Standard Cancellation Window:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- After this 12-hour window, orders will begin processing, and cancellation may not be possible as the item could already be prepared for shipment.
- How to Cancel an Order:
- To cancel, please reach out to our customer service team immediately after placing the order at support@velciel.com with your order details.
- If the order cannot be canceled due to processing status, you may be eligible to return the item upon receipt according to our refund policy.
- Special Cases:
